This page explains how Professional Moments protects its original content, brands, methods, diagnostics, software and learning materials. It also explains what use is permitted and what requires prior written authorization.

Unless otherwise stated, original content published or provided by Professional Moments is owned by or licensed to Professional Moments and/or Ana I. Palma and is protected by applicable copyright law.
Protected content may include website copy, software interfaces, questionnaires and diagnostic items, report designs, learning content, facilitation guides, workshop materials, templates, graphics, illustrations, videos, audio, scripts, downloads and other original materials.
Trademarks and brand identifiers
Names, logos, product names and other brand identifiers displayed with the ™ symbol are used as claimed trademarks. The ™ symbol does not mean that a mark is registered.
The ® symbol will only be used where a trademark registration has been granted and is valid in the relevant jurisdiction.

Methods, diagnostics and software
Professional Moments develops proprietary methodologies, diagnostic structures, question sets, interpretation models, facilitation systems, learning architectures and software workflows.
Ideas and methods as such are not necessarily protected by copyright. Protection may instead arise, depending on the material and jurisdiction, through copyright in the original expression, trademark rights, contractual restrictions, database rights, confidentiality obligations and trade-secret protection.
Permitted use
You may view public website content for personal or internal business reference. Materials supplied as part of a paid engagement, Snapshot, Guided Experience, workshop or other service may be used only within the scope communicated with that service or agreed in writing.
Nothing on this website grants a licence to reproduce, commercialise or create derivative products from Professional Moments intellectual property unless that permission is expressly stated in writing.
Uses that require written authorization
- Reproducing, adapting, translating, distributing, publishing or reselling protected materials
- Copying diagnostic questions, report structures, exercises, workshop designs or software workflows for another product or service
- Removing copyright, trademark or attribution notices
- Systematically scraping, extracting or compiling proprietary content into another database or platform
- Using proprietary content to train, fine-tune, benchmark or populate an external AI system for commercial development
- Using Professional Moments names, logos or product identifiers in a way that suggests sponsorship, certification, partnership or endorsement without permission
These restrictions do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
Client and participant materials
Client or participant information remains subject to the applicable agreement and privacy terms. Ownership of client-provided materials does not transfer to Professional Moments merely because those materials are used within a service.
Where Professional Moments creates customised deliverables, ownership and licence rights are governed by the relevant proposal, statement of work, contract or other written agreement.
Third-party intellectual property
Professional Moments may refer to third-party frameworks, brands, research, software or other materials. Those rights remain with their respective owners. A reference to a third party does not imply affiliation or endorsement unless explicitly stated.
Reporting suspected infringement
If you believe Professional Moments intellectual property is being copied, distributed or used without authorization, or if you believe material on our services infringes your rights, contact us with enough detail for us to review the matter.
